When Can I Return?

You can request a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

That’s a full month to decide if your item isn’t quite right.

What’s Returnable?

We accept returns on non-sale items if they meet the following conditions:

• Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Tags are still attached.
• Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• You provide a sales receipt or confirmation email.

How to Request a Return

To speed up the process, please include:

• Your full name & Order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
• Whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund.

Return Shipping Policy

• Free Return Shipping: If your product was defective or incorrect upon arrival — return cost is $0.00.
• Customer-Paid Shipping: For all other returns (e.g., preference-based), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Return Instructions

Once you’ve received a Return Authorization, please follow these steps:

• Prepare the package: Include a copy of your purchase confirmation email.
• Ship it back: Use any reliable courier or your local post office. Don’t forget to email us the tracking number.
• Wait for confirmation: Once inspected, we’ll email you. Refunds are issued via PayPal within 10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards.
